Borage oil (cosmetic grade)
Borage oil is extracted from its seeds and is mostly produced in the Mediterranean region. Its quality is very delicate and it is one of the most abundant essential fatty acids in vegetable oils. This fatty acid makes it very useful. It can help repair mature skin, relieve skin sunburn, and has deodorant properties. The main fatty acid a of borage is γ-linolenic acid (GLA), and the concentration is usually 17-20%.

Borage oil is often used as a base medium oil, and it is very popular among manufacturers for adding skin care products, and aromatherapy therapists often use it as a massage treatment. It is easily absorbed by the skin quickly, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and not greasy.

Contraindications: Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
