Diluted clary sage essential oil in a bath can reduce tension and stress, and at the same time relax muscles, effectively relieve muscle tension caused by stress. Using it for aroma massage will make people feel extremely relaxed and drowsy, so it is definitely not suitable for driving after use. Clary sage can reduce sebum secretion, especially in the scalp area, oily hair or people who are troubled by dandruff. After shampooing, dilute a few drops of essential oil in the rinse shampoo and let the scalp soak for a while. Clary sage essential oil has a nutty aroma, with a medicinal aroma, and the taste is very similar to muscat wine. The essential oil is distilled and refined from its flowers and flower buds, and the main components are rogamyl acetate, threitol, rogamyl alcohol, linalool and coriander esters.

Contraindications: Do not drink alcohol while using clary sage essential oil. The combination of the two can cause hangover symptoms. Because it has a strong calming effect, it is best not to use it before driving. Avoid it during pregnancy, low blood pressure, and cancer patients.
